Behind the Music

Originally a praise band for New Heights Christian Church out of Connersville, Indiana, Flight of the Fallen felt God's calling early on to progress musically. Years have passed and the band continues to grow astronomically as opportunities arise; church events, festivals, concerts, and other various opportunities have matured the band both in talent and spirit.

This years focus is all about redemption. With the new album, "Voice of the Redeemed," their hearts are set on creating a powerful, intimate time of worship. Likewise, the same message of redemption is deeply ingrained throughout each event, centering focus at the foot of the cross to deeply worship with hearts abandoned.

Band members include: Aaron Milbourn, Tyler McCoskey, Ben Leiter, and Billy Jones. Aaron is a 2011 graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Music Business and is the Worship Pastor at Seymour Christian Church. Tyler and Billy are graduates of Ball State, majoring in Music Media Productions. Ben is a graduate of Purdue, with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering Technology.

“There is Hope” was originally written as an reflection of the hope found in Christ Jesus. This worship album succinctly encapsulates the unspeakable joy that comes from life in Christ, the masterpiece of His creations, and His reigning victory over the grave. "There is Hope” has avant arrangements and deep spiritual meaning, from both a lyrical and musical standpoint. From acoustics with tight harmony to full band-powered songs, this album is surely an exciting listen.
